Job QUALIFICATIONS
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Select catalog lifestyle imager y to curate an elevated ecom customer experience across all
product categories. Provide tasteful cropping direction, assign imager y to skus, and oversee
execution/implementation to the site.
Create visual presentations of proposed ecom customer experience on PLP and PDP pages.
Audit the site for inconsistencies and areas of improvement. Carry out image revisions/
replacements. Pull images and exicute quick corrections and flag larger issues to directors to be
considered as larger retouching projects.
Investigate/assess retouching requests from product developers.
Work closely with directors to develop visual/text reference documents for photographers,
retouchers, and ecom team to assist in the implementation of new processes.
Aid in the expansion of vendor photography and external retouching initiatives.
Assist in quality assurance of retouched imager y to uphold color accuracy and image standards.
Review retouched imager y for scale/placement within crops, color/value accuracy against
reference file librar y, the cohesion between collections/finishes, and be able to ar ticulate
revisions to retouching partners.
Daily on-set ar t direction. Answer questions from producers and photographers, direct angle
choices of specific products on set, direct stylists, and ar ticulate photographic/lighting/styling
modifications to abide by standards/style guides.
In post, make appropriate style choices by pairing products in Photoshop to create customerfacing ecom imagery.
Manage physical swatch/finish library. Scan fabric swatches for digital draping. Create color/
finish reference files for new finishes to build retouching reference librar y.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Creative portfolio demonstrating tasteful image usage and design composition. Eye for visual
storytelling with elevated graphic design and photography.
Strong photo retouching skills and experience with post-photoshoot image production
management.
Ideally has a passion for furniture/interior design and can develop brand product knowledge.
Some level of experience in video concepting, directing, post work would be recommended.
